U.S. Army selects CALIBRE for TACOM strategic service solution contract

ALEXANDRIA, VA. CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has been selected as one of the prime contractors of a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM). The strategic service solutions (TS3) contract with knowledge based service-type requirements is estimated at a value of $1.8 billion.

Under contract, CALIBRE will compete for task orders to provide a range of services that include program or project management and administration, professional advice or assistance, engineering and technical activities, and logistics management.

Today CALIBRE supports the TACOM community with data-driven systems and analysis. According to officials, CALIBRE and its partners will extend the secure net-centric applications and solutions delivery services into the TS3 ecosystem.
