Solers Inc. to become next Peraton acquisition

HERNDON, Va. Defense and intelligence firm Peraton has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Solers, Inc., a maker of enterprise cloud systems and satellite-security systems.
According to information from the companies, the Solers acquisition will accelerate growth opportunities — near- and long-range — and enhance Peraton’s ability to deliver evolved space protection and resiliency solutions in direct support of mission objectives and national-security initiatives.
Investment bank KippsDeSanto was Solers' financial advisor for this acquisition. Macquarie Capital was the financial advisor to Peraton.
