Sixty-six military installations to benefit from SAIC/Navy contract

WASHINGTON. The U.S. ’s Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, CA, recently awarded a $21 million contract to Science Applications International Corp., McLean, VA, to sustain Anti-Terrorism Force Ashore Program Systems at 66 installations across the globe, plus related and equipment support.

Both corrective and preventive maintenance are covered by the contract, including centralized sustainment support for life-cycle variables such as , software, , and , in addition to subsystems needed for / . Service call management is additionally provided.

The contract’s five unexercised options could bring the contract’s total to $74 million, if activated. Work under the contract is performed globally, anticipated for March 2014 completion.
