Orbital ATK acquisition complete, now known as Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems

FALLS CHURCH, Va. Orbital ATK is now officially part of Northrop Grumman and will be known as Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, officials announced. Northrop Grumman officials completed the acquisition this week.

Northrop Grumman’s board of directors has elected Blake Larson as corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, reporting to Kathy Warden, Northrop Grumman’s president and chief operating officer. Larson previously served as the chief operating officer of .
