NAVAIR taps LCR Embedded Systems to support JEAT EW program

NORRISTOWN, Pa. LCR Embedded Systems has been chosen by Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) to supply LCR's 3U VPX solution to support the NAVAIR Joint Electronic Advanced Technology (JEAT) program.
The contract calls for LCR to supply engineering and manufacturing services to deliver a custom-built, rugged, qualified VPX-based embedded system for NAVAIR's facility in Point Mugu, California, that enables the NAVAIR to use the latest high-speed technologies in all types of environments in support of electronic warfare (EW) advancements.
NAVAIR provides full life cycle support of naval aviation aircraft, weapons, and systems operated by U.S. sailors and marines; this support includes research, design, development and systems engineering, acquisition, test and evaluation, training facilities and equipment, repair and modification, and in-service engineering and logistics support.
