LONDON. The Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) event -- set to be held September 10-13, 2019 in London -- is marking its 20th year with the DSEI Innovation Hub, which will showcase the developments and innovations that are revolutionizing and modernizing the defense and security sectors.

Show organizers say that the DSEI Innovation Hub will provide start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises with a platform to demonstrate emerging, forward-facing technologies and products to global militaries and industry.

Included in the Innovation Hub will be such vendors as ESROE (Fareham, England), which will display its MicroESM product, a radar electronic support measures (ESM) capability for platforms that need smaller systems, including unmanned aerial systems, unmanned vessels, soldier-carried sensors, and armored/unarmored vehicles. Other companies set to demonstrate in the Innovation Hub are HAELO (Glasgow, Scotland), set to show its Enterprise Control software, which works to bridge gaps in situational awareness and alert users to threats and issues; Phonexia (Brno, Czech Republic), which will demonstrate two speech-technology products for use by intelligence agencies, police forces, and forensic experts; and BOXARR (Bristol, England), whose platform builds dynamic software models to create a digital replica of an organization in order to quickly and effectively understand and visualize complex data and identify inefficiencies and risks.

The Innovation Hub can be found in the Joint Zone at DSEI 2019, which takes place September 10-13 at the ExCel Centre in London.
