DULLES, Va. Raytheon officials released their SureView suite this week. The new solution tackles cybersecurity by combining human and machine knowledge to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber attacks.

The SureView suite is a combination of Raytheon technologies that integrate defense-grade and enterprise cybersecurity. It was developed to protect traditional users and the company’s own system, says Ed Hammersla, president of Raytheon Cyber Products.

Raytheon engineers designed it to operate under the premise that an impenetrable perimeter is impossible and organizations need to operate effectively through and past any cybersecurity breach. This tool will prevent threats, detect, and reduce the time the threat stays in the network while providing intelligence to help eliminate future attacks, according to Raytheon. The products within the SureView suite operate independently or can be integrated to provide security.

The suite also guards against insider threats and advanced threats, verifies integrity of system memory, and applies an analytical platform to enable awareness and cyber intelligence for real-time response.

Products within the SureView suite include: Insider Threat, which provides contextual awareness of user activity; Threat Protection that detects any attacks via an open platform; Analytics, which enables a rapid search and analysis of a database; and Memory Integrity, which detects presence of malware with a view into Linux environments.
