Companies to perform A-Kit manufacturing and modification for C-130H aircraft

MADISON, Ala. Tyonek Services Overhaul Facility ? Stennis, a subsidiary of Tyonek Services Group, Inc. (TSG), will work with primary contractor Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) on manufacturing services and modification of C-130H model aircraft with the updated all-digital radar warning receiver AN/ALR-69A(V) RWR.
The terms of the companies' agreement call for Tyonek to provide manufacturing services for A-Kits and trail/verification aircraft installations with contract options for additional A-Kit manufacturing. The system enhancements to be performed, say Tyonek officials, enhance the data transfer improvement and weight reduction provided by the use of fiber 0ptics in the system design.
