C-UAS hardware ordered for DIB COVID-19 efforts

CENTENNIAL, Colo. Liteye Systems, Inc., counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) developer, announced the receipt of an add-on specialty production order for $3 million. The contract will ensure delivery of hardware for U.S. Government urgent requirements during this unprecedented time dealing with COVID-19.

The Defense Industrial Base (DIB) is identified as a Critical Infrastructure Sector by the Department of Homeland Security.

While many companies are already feeling the economic impact, the recent contract award and previously delivered product to the US Government, positions Liteye to remain in a stable partnership with the DIB, according to the company.
