Acquisition of GATR Technologies complete with purchase price of $232.5 million

SAN DIEGO. The acquisition of GTAR Technologies (GTAR) by Cubic is complete after officials received final Hart-Scott-Rodino regulatory approval.
According to company officials, the estimated purchase price is $232.5 million. GTAR will continue to operate under Cubic Goblal Defense business unit.
The acquisition - completed on February 2, 2016 - expands Cubic's portfolio in command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR).
