Smaller, More Ruggedized Cables for Harsh Environments

TE Connectivity

Members of the media are invited to visit TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, at booth #8123 at the 2016 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition. TE will display its many advanced fiber optic products and high-speed end-to-end solutions for military and defense applications like weapons systems, vetronics, communications and power distribution.

As the electronic content of ground defense equipment expands dramatically, space remains at a premium and weight savings becomes an important goal. TE designs products optimized for ground defense equipment to help achieve a decisive edge in capabilities and reliability while remaining focused on core issues of increased bandwidth and lightweight performance.

TE’s solutions maintain reliable performance in harsh environments and can help withstand the hazards of ground deployment. Among the products on display at the 2016 AUSA will be TE’s AFP-Advanced Fiber Products (a leading line of optical and optoelectronic products), MIL-DTL-qualified 38999 connectors, Raychem lightweight products and Polamco power connectors.

TE representatives will be available at the booth throughout the show to answer questions and participate in interviews.
