Ⅰ Perfect simulation function

AT15000 has a built-in multi-function MIL-STD-1553A/B controller, which could simulate 1 BC, 1 BM and 32 RTs simultaneously. Users could simulate BC, BM, or RT easily, with the help of the large screen and the function keys on the front-panel.

Under BC mode, AT15000 implements the functions of the nowadays popular 1553B bus simulation software, including the transmission of the specific command and indefinitely repeat multi-frame message. The BM can analyze databus activity, display the real-time bus message onto the LCD screen, meanwhile, it could write the data captured from the bus into a log file for latter analysis. Under RT mode, AT15000 can not only send out static data, but also can send the all 0, all 1, incremental data or random data according to the user-defined data type, which greatly improves the flexibility of RT simulation.

Ⅱ Perfect terminal testing coverage

Base on MICROSIS’s long-term technology deposition of MIL-STD-1553B bus, AT15000 can implement the validation test of BC,RT and BM. Together with AT15800, AT15000 can also complete the bus cable network test. All these tests are driven by script, users could select the test item and define the test order via the script file. Without cumbersome button operation, the user can complete the bus device test through fewer button touch. At the end of the testing, AT15000 would generate a complete testing report, and mark the errors in the report clearly.

Ⅲ Convenient electrical test

AT15000 has a built-in oscilloscope, a time domain reflectometry, an any wave generator, which could provide you a total electrical test solutions. All of the electrical test could be completed by fewer button press. With the help of AT15000, 1553 bus electrical test is not complicated any more. Users don’t need to use any other test/measure instruments/equipments any more, and needn’t to calculate the awesome datagram.

Ⅳ Variety of built-in test/measure instruments

Ⅰ) Built-in timing domain reflectometry

Used to analyze the character of bus impedance, and locate the fault(open/short) of the bus network. Standing before the complicated 1553B bus network, you no longer feel helpless.

Ⅱ)Built-in dual-channel oscilloscope

Except for the functions of the general oscilloscope, the built-in oscilloscope is specially designed for the MIL-STD-1553A/B bus analysis. It could report the electrical character, such as rising time, falling time, overshot/ringing and the zero-cross distortion, etc. in real time. Except for the electrical character analysis, AT15000 has a decode engine in the oscilloscope module, which could also decode the bus word according to the waveform data captured from the bus. It’s very helpful in MIL-STD-1553A/B bus debug and maintaining, users needn’t to analyze the waveform by themselves any more.

Ⅲ) Built-in any waveform generator

Except for the typical waveform generation, such as sine-wave, rectangle-wave and tri-angle wave, the AWG could also generate gauss noise wave. Users may inject the noise into the bus network to emulate the real operating situation to find out the defects in the bus network or the bus devices. With the help of the noise injection, engineers needn’t to exhaust their mind to detect the bugs.

Ⅳ) Built-in impedance measurements modules

There is a BJ-77 connector on the front panel used for impedance measurement. Just connect your device onto the connector, AT15000 will tell you the impedance value.

Ⅴ MISC

Ⅰ) Portable ruggedized aluminum alloy chassis.

II) Built-in 10AH Li-ion battery , which could power the AT15000 for 10 hours;

III) -20℃ to +70℃ operating environment temperatu
