The MILTECH 919 adds advanced gigabit Ethernet switching capabilities to any embedded platform with space and weight limitations. It features 8 GbE ports + 1 x 100/1000 fiber optic port with advanced networking functions such as IPv4 and IPv6 unicast routing between VLANS, traffic prioritization (QoS) and bandwidth aggregation that can all be managed remotely.
With dimensions of 107 mm x 48 mm x 5mm and a weight of 52 kg, the MILTECH 919 leads the industry with the smallest combination of size, weight, power and cost (SWaP-C) to save valuable real estate in mobile platforms where space and weight are at a premium. The conformal coating and ruggedized design makes the MILTECH 919 purpose-built to integrate in to sensor, compute and communications platforms that must withstand some of the harshest environments.
For rapid prototyping the MILTECH 919 has an available adapter/eval carrier board. The MILTECH 919 EVB provides eight RJ45 and one SFP connections to help speed up lab testing and development efforts.
