MilDef has added the RW11 to its Rocky series of rugged notebooks that withstand extreme environmental elements.

The new mobile computer is built on the same solid foundation as MilDef’s RS11 and RV11, and incorporates a high-capacity Intel Core i7 Quad Core processor, making it the most powerful mobile computer in its class.

Designed for easy and reliable operation in the field, the highly ruggedized RW11 features a 15.6" sunlight readable display and a multi-touch capacitive touch pad. This SWaP-optimized unit houses a powerful Intel i7-3610QE CPU with an Intel HD graphics 4000 and multiple I/O ports are available to meet user specific requirements.

Ideal for use as a mobile server in protected vehicles, vessels and aircrafts, the RW11 includes up to four removable SATAII/III SSDs with RAID and up to 600 GB per drive as well as up to 32 GB of DDR3L RAM operating at 1,600 MHz.   It is the only mobile notebook on the market with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX950M option, which helps balance processing across the CPU and GPU for enhanced system performance. 

The RW11 is compliant with CE, FCC, WEEE, REACH, WHQL, RoHS, IP65, MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F.
